Swiss provider identification and transparency for electronic commerce are governed in particular by the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA), SR 241, Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s. Where personal data is processed, the applicable framework includes the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), SR 235.1, Data Protection Ordinance (DPO), SR 235.11.
